Australian postcode/suburb plugin

  I am currently developing a classifieds based website and require a way of enabling users, for privacy reasons, to only list their suburb and postcode (in Australia), not full address details. Is there a way of doing this via a WordPress compatible plugin, or a modification of the Google address functions?
