Auth code is not sent to mail when i’m transferring my domain i have checked spam folder too

I checked our logs and auth code has been sent successfully.
Please ensure that you are checking your domain’s contact email for the auth code. You can check the contact email used for your domain from Upgrades → Domains → Click on your domain → Click on the “Contact information” section to view or edit the contact details.
