    Good afternoon
    I would like to get this domain released and get ‘auth – code’ back, but I am not able to do this from the website menu.

    Basically this is a domain which was on, active til a couple of days ago and that expires in November this year but I have delete it and now the domain is not on line anymore.

    Hi there,

    This is happening because you have deleted the domain. If you wish to transfer it to another registrar you need to get it back first.
    To get the domain back you need to contact the Support staff by adding the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic.
    They’ll give you more information about your domain status and what needs to be done to get your domain back and then move it away.
