  How can i receive the authkey for my blog http://www.webtutes.com if i deleted the blog ?

  If you deleted the blog, you cannot receive the auth key.

  So the domain is lost ? Can`t do anything about it ?

  You mean you want the domain? Where did you buy the domain? If you bought it from WP.com, then you can just contact staff.
