  i erased my authenicator from my phone and thought that would erase it from my website but instead i can no longer access my website. I have 3 wordpress websites, the one i cant access is associated with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) please help! i read the forums but they dont seem to help at all. the website is akcreativeconcepts.com

  i filled out the account recovery form and still have not heard from anyone. any idea how long it will take?

  Have you checked in the Spam folder of your email? Automated emails sometimes go there. Also, it is the weekend and things take longer then.

  Over the weekend we are generally a little short handed and things can build up. You may need to wait a bit. The folks who handle the password requests will get to it absolutely as soon as possible!
