Authenticating my professional email in mailetlite

  hello i am trying to authenticate my email address so that i can use it in mailer lite. The address is verified but now it needs to be authenticated. I am a little confused as to what to do. I have asked blue host for assistance, but i am told i need to contact wordpress. they assisted by adding my TXT code and CNAME. the txt has populated but not the cname. Please help.
