  I need to change my phone but lost authentication codes how do I get into my account

  If so, you should be able to generate more codes.

  OK staff-ozmodiar I did that but it’s asking for generated codes,and those are the ones I had kept using screen shot,I’ve looked everywhere on my computer and I cannot find them? So what more can I do?

  And just so we are on the same page, it is this account that you are posting from that you cannot access, right? If so, do you have access to the email associated with the account?
