  I authorized 2-step authentication but don’t know how to access my code. Now I cannot access my account settings or profile. Please help.

  Hi @bettydarr,

  In general, when Two-Step Authentication (2SA) is setup, you’ll receive a code either through SMS or an authenticator app when logging in.

  When setting up 2SA, you also will receive a set of emergency codes that you can use in case you’ve lost access to your device.

  Looking at your WordPress.com account, you do not have Two-Step Authentication (2SA) enabled. You can learn more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/

  Are you perhaps referring to 2SA with WordPress.com secure sign-on (SSO) on your Jetpack-connected site, intheshadowofhiswings.com, or for your Bluehost account?

  I’ll just need a few more details from you.

  I did delete the 2-step authorization. It was having trouble with my printer, couldn’t print off the codes. Thank you

  Got it. If it helps, @bettydarr, you might not need all ten codes. If you write down three or five or so, you can just make a new set of codes when you get to the last one. Just be sure you write clearly :)
