  I want to eliminate the google authenticator from my sign-on. I cannot find that in your menus.

  Hi there!

  It sounds like you’ve enabled two step authentication.

  This is a more secure way to access your account since it requires something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone). If you’d like to disable this feature, you can do so following these directions:
