  Hi,
  I have a private blog, and I have invited authors and given them a post by email address for the site, but when they post it still says by nhu an do (me). How do I make the blog that they post by them, the author I have accepted for the site.

  Howdy!

  Are you all using the same post-by-email address?

  Each user should have their own, separate post-by-email address. The address used is the only thing WordPress knows to identify the author, so if you provided each of them the same address created under your username, that would be the cause.

  Each user can make a unique post-by-email address with these steps:
