  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understood your question. Can you tell us a bit more about where you are trying to add an “about author” feature on your site? To be shown at the bottom of your blog posts? Or did you have something else in mind?

  Can you tell us a bit more about how you are trying to customize that? By default WordPress will automatically create category “archive” pages like this one: https://shomanblogorg.wordpress.com/category/uncategorized/

  How are you trying to modify yours to look different? Thanks for the additional info!

  Thank u for ur response, what i need to add info about exch post author like bio under each post without using blugin, or if i can change the design for archive page to add like bio about author or anything else

  Some themes will have an option to automatically display the author’s bio below each post:

  https://wordpress.com/support/customizer/content-options/#author-bio.

  For the themes that do not have this option, you can add the bio manually by using Reusable Block. You can create a block with bio for each author on your site by following this tutorial:

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/reusable-block/.

  If you want to change how the Author Archives page displays, you have a few options:

  – Don’t link to Author Archive pages. Instead, create manual pages set up the way you like them.

  – Choose a different theme that has the author page set up as you like

  – Create a child theme (this would require some custom development and WordPress Pro)

  – Use a Full Site Editing theme and add / modify an Author Template to your liking

  The second two options are fairly advanced, and your current theme wouldn’t support the FSE option, but you’d be welcome to create a free site to test that out if you’re up for it. Or you might hire someone to create it for you:
