Author Bio Below Posts

I am having a great experience with wordpress overall, however, I would like to add author bio boxes below posts. How can I go about it? I don’t understand any technical things to do with plugins, kindly give me the ‘lay person’s’ way about it.

The author bio box will appear once you’ve filled in your profile’s ‘About You’ field: https://intheloopkenya.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-editor
Not all themes support the author box though. However, these do:
