Author Bio in Spectrum Theme

Is it possible to add a small author bio box at the bottom of each post when using the Spectrum theme?
I have seen this in a number of other themes and would like to add it to the one I am currently using as our blog will have a number of authors. I have tried filling in the about me box as some other users have suggested in other forum posts, but these may have been specific to other themes.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The profile info shows up in some themes only – see here:

Thanks for the replies, looks like I can not do it with the Spectrum theme as desired. I will doo what panaghiotisadam suggeted and create an authors page.
