“Author” is showing no “actions”

i have a password protected blog for family. all, but me, are “authors” on the blog, only one of them is showing no “actions” even though they are posting responses to the blogs. what gives? it is also not sending emails when they post comments, which is the biggest issue.

Actions will only count and display actual “posts created” not comments on posts of others.

Whether or not you get emails to moderate every comment or just for the first comment is dependent on the settings you make here on this page
-> Options -> DiscussionThese are the choices:
E-mail me whenever:
* Anyone posts a comment
* A comment is held for moderationBefore a comment appears:
* An administrator must always approve the comment
* Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
* Comment author must have a previously approved commentAfter you have made your choices click “Update Options” to save them.
If you want to receive an email for each and every comment and moderate every comment received prior to it’s posting then you choose:
E-mail me whenever:
* Anyone posts a commentand
Before a comment appears:
* An administrator must always approve the commentHTH :)
