  I would like to change my author name from admin to Jenny but cant seem to find the place to do this.

  jennysaddiction.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Therefore, you will need to make this change from the Users are on the site itself (not through your WordPress.com account). This link should take you through to the right place:
