Author name in timestamp

  We are using a custom css here (http://admissionsblog.richmond.edu) and there is a time stamp at the top of the entry just under the title, but the author’s name does not appear. It appears at the bottom of the post. How can I get it to post at the top as in: http://culinarium.wordpress.com/
