Author Picture Trouble

  Hi.
  I’m having a small problem.
  How do you add a user picture underneath the author’s name? (this is for author widget)

  I completly forgot how to do it.
  So any help will be great! :D

  The author themselves have to add a picture by going to users > your profile in their dashboard and doing it there. You cannot upload a picture for them.
