Author widget with photo–appearance/composition problem

  The author widget, the one that says author’s blog. Ideally, the linked name (dan walter) that’s on the side, would be below the picture.

  At least, that’s what I’m trying to do.

  Sorry for the delay. Perhaps a volunteer can correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that’s how the Author widget works.

  Have you tried a Gravatar widget? It might fit better your needs and offer a little extra flexibility
