Authoring pages

  I want to allow another person to author a particular group of pages on my site. It seems I can only allow them to post/edit posts but not give them authoring rights to pages. Can you help please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Editor user role may be more in line with your requirements:

  Thanks but I don’t want them to edit pages that are not theirs.

  In that case, the Author user role is the best available option for your site.

  A self-hosted, WordPress.org site may be able to provide the functionality you’re looking for.
