authoring w/ only account

  i am a blogger and have been for a wicked long time. i have successful blog that is going way well, but my crew couldn’t talk or post. i set up a second blog just for their talky [we call posting/commenting ‘talky’]. if any of them want to actually author drafts or edit widgets, they have to set up their own blog first. they are all lazy bums and don’t want to put the effort in [hence, why they are MY crew and not the other way around.] i thought all they needed was an account, not a blog. i’m praying there is a simple solution. if not- WORDPRESSERS!!! please fix this!
