Authorization code

I want to change the hosting and domain of my current blog. I used all the steps:
“You can get an authorization code to transfer your domain (also sometimes called EPP) from the domain editor, in the My Domains page.”
I pressed the buttons which should send me an e-mail with an authorization code. I haven’t received that email. It’s not in my garbage, or anywhere else. It seems like that button doesn’t work??

Hi Kim,
There seems to be a discrepancy in the domain administrative email address as entered during registration, and what’s entered in WordPress.com’s domain manager.
I’m going to send you a private note and you can let me know which email is correct. The email I send will go to your site’s (greengypsydotnl.wordpress.com) admin email address.

I received your note regarding the correct email address for this domain. I have reconciled the discrepancy and have re-launched your EPP code. It should go to the address which you confirmed with me via private email.

Hi Kim,
Sorry for this inconvenience. It seems as if the issue is occurring because of a conflict with your .nl domain extension. This should not be a problem, so I’ve contacted the registrar and asked them to send me your EPP code manually. When I receive it, I’ll forward it immediately to you.

Kim, I just wanted to let you know that I haven’t forgotten about you at all. I’m still working on getting your domain released from the registrar. I know it’s annoying to wait, and I truly appreciate your patience.

Hi, just as an update, the registrar needed us to disable privacy so that they could send you the email with the auth code. We’ll let you know when we hear more. Cheers!

Kim, you should have the auth code from the registrar within the next day or so – we let them know they’d need to send it a few days back.
But you should also still be able to use the domain, even if it is still registered with us. Have you thought about changing your nameservers to point to your new host now? You should be able to do that through the My Domains area:
https://greengypsydotnl.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsClick “Edit” then click on “Nameservers” and you can set the domain to the host of your choice, so long as they have nameservers you can use.
