authorization code for changing domain not coming through

Hi! I’m in the process of changing my domain over, and while I’ve requested the authorization code repeatedly, checked to make sure that the email is correct, and checked my spam folder constantly, there is no email.
The only indication of the time it will take is “shortly”. I started requesting the authorization code over two hours ago, and there is no email yet.
Please advise.

Hi Rose! If you read the notifications at the top of the “Transfer Domain” panel in the domain editor you’ll see this:
You need to open that back up and click on the link to verify your domain before transferring it away from us. This is some information about what the email will look like:
