Authorization Loop

In the past week, I cannot access my network admin. Any attempt I make to update as well as accessing my network admin sends me on a re-authorization/log in/prove your humanity loop. As I can’t access my network admin, I can’t deactivate or remove the plugin that may be causing this, nor can I update to solve any other possible issues. I’ve tried to go through my host site as well…… What else can I do to solve this aside from delete everything and start again?

Thank you for replying. This is a bigger than me issue. I had actually started this request for help from my dashboard on WordPress.org….. How I ended up here? Dunno. Everything is lost, blew right up to Kingdom Come, and I’m starting from zero. sigh. Thanks again.
