Authorize connection with Facebook issues

  I keep receiving this error message

  To enable Publicize: Facebook, you will need to authorize your WordPress.com account on Brandon Krieger Coaching to connect with your Facebook account.

  Click the link below to go to Facebook. You will need to log in and click allow. Facebook Page accounts must have a corresponding Profile at this time.

  Authorize connection with Facebook

  Now when I go to authorize it I receive this message

  You are logged in as “knssconsulting” and do not not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Global Dashboard”. Please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
