  We’re creating this website and was on the phone with authorize.net, they expressed everything was ok on their side and it was an issue with the host. Can you please help us with this issue? We get gateway id error codes and ‘test’ responses when nothing on the authorize.net side is wrong. Thank you.

  Hello there,

  Authorize.net seems to be up and working.

  Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com, I suggest posting your question on the WordPress.org support forum and seeing if folks there can assist you: http://wordpress.org/support/forums
