Hello,
My name is Kyle Christopher Fichtner and I have been charged 99.00 from WordPress. I have canceled my account with you guys several times and you have charged me again $99.00. I have contacted my bank provider and replaced my card. I have also authorized a claim to get the money back that you have charged me. I would like to permanently delete my account with you and furthermore never construct business again. If I could get instructions on how to delete my account I would greatly appreciate it. I hope there will be no further inconvenience on your end.

I’m surprised that you canceled and disabled auto renew and still have this issue. What is the URL of the domain that you cancelled please? Which WordPress.com username account registered the underlying .wordpress.COM URL of the site and originally purchased the upgrade for it?

@kylef18 your account does not have any previous upgrades, and the sites you had here were free.
A $99 charge does sound right though for WordPress.com premium. Is it under another account? And if so can you log in with the email address we sent renewal reminders to?
