  I feel dumb asking but how do you add authors to your blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can add users to your blog following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ and promote them to an Author role following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
