Authors cannot log into my website.

I have recently added 4 new authors to my website but none of them can log in. it keeps saying user does not exist but they have accepted their invitations and have all of the information they need to log in such as usernames and passwords. They have cleared cookies and caches and even tried resetting passwords but still no luck.

I can see that you had our assistance in turning off the WordPress.com Single Sign-On (SSO) login on your site, so that a matching WordPress.com account is not required in order to log in.
I can also confirm that I see 4 authors have been added to the site back end. Can you clarify what is the URL they are using to log in to the site? Is it by going to https://realuxinternational.com/wp-login.php or are they using a different URL to try and access the site?
Also, we are not aware of what passwords have been set, but if you have that info, what happens if you try to log in as one of those other users? Do you also have the same trouble as they are reporting?
