authors deleted a blog and wants to recover the name

    Hi,

    I created a blog in my username called http://vidasemchiclete.wordpress.com/ so my girlfriend could use this blog. but than I realise I should have created on her login “teixeiradanielle” and I deleted the blog, thinking that the name would be available for her. Now whens she tries to create a blog with this name it says: “vidasemchiclete.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this blog.”.

    Can you guys please help me sorting this out and making this name available again?

    Once a blog has been deleted, that name can’t be used again for another blog. That’s why when you delete a blog you have to accept the terms that say: “I’m sure I want to permanently remove blogname.wordpress.com, and I am aware I can never get its content or its URL back”

    Her best option at this point is to pick a similar blog address or a different address that she likes.
