'authors have deleted site' occurred when I forgot to renew hosting

My site is no longer active, and I’d like to reinstate it – at this stage without hosting. Can I reinstate my site name, with the theme and content, or do I have to start it all again?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
