Hi! Checking my profile, the name of the author publicly displayed is, of course, my pseudonym. Sharing my posts on Facebook, the author is my real name. How come it does not use my pseudonym? The privacy between my personal life and as a writer is somehow gone if my real name is used as the author.

That sounds like a Facebook support issue to me because obviously the name is coming from there if you have not used in on the blog. Have you also revealed your name in a Google + account?
In either event you need to contact the support Staff at those sites.

If you’re posting it on Facebook you will be posting it with your Facebook account, no? Anonymous accounts are not allowed at Facebook.
If you have a pseudonymous account that you are using to post to FB I can only assume that the email you used at FB on your actual personal account is the same as you used for WordPress.com and FB is somehow pulling that identity via the email. If this is the case, I suggest you change the email you use with your WP.com account to that you use with your pseudonymous FB account, Clean your Facebook Cache, and then re-connect Publicize.

I wish Facebook would make it possible for people to have an account that can be divided based on different purposes. I created lots of eMail addresses and each one of have their own purpose. Connected them all into my main and my mail is completely organized. I really wish this is possible with Facebook. Thanks for your answers.

It is absolutely the antithesis of what Facebook intends, unfortunately. I ran into the same problem at Google Plus. By the time they allowed what I wanted the site was already a tumbleweed farm.
