I’ve checked your account and I can’t see any activity to suggest it has been hacked. When you say author view, are you referring to the number in the “Author” box on your Stats page?

Two step authentication codes are sent to your phone, so that person would need to have physical access to your phone in order to receive and use the codes. This is why using two step authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Yes, I am referring to the number in the “Author” box on my Stats page.
The Author box shows the number of views received from posts and pages you have written, rather than your activity. By activity, I mean the number of times you have viewed a particular post or page.
This is why the numbers increase even though you may not have viewed walkwithgenieve.wordpress.com.
