authors without wordpress accounts

  thinking of making a site for a magazine on wordpress, but don`t see yet, how we can post articles from different authors without making them all get accounts on wordpress. is it even possible here?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is not, short of having them email you the articles. You cannot be a WP.com author unless you have a WP.com account.
