authorship in two blogs

  Hi!
  I just created a second blog. The first is a card design blog – -sweet and non-political. The second is a liberal political blog. How do I set up the SECOND blog so the posts will be published under the author’s name I choose, and NOT be connected to my first blogs content?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to completely separate the blogs under the same username account that are associated with each other as they are registered under the same email address, you register another username account using a different email address when you are logged out of WordPress.com. Then you add the new username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them as an Admin. Next you transfer one of the blogs to the new username account using this process.
