Hi there,
1.If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.
2.Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.
3.A confirmation page will appear. Select the Cancel Domain and Refund button to proceed.
4.To complete the cancellation, click the Yes, Cancel NowYou should also receive an email containing the refund information.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi there,
The account you used to create this thread has never owned any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com, and we couldn’t have billed you as we don’t even have your credit card info on file. So if you were billed by us, it was for a site belonging to a different WordPress.com account.
As you have since deleted this account you won’t be able to reply here any more. Please reply to the account closure email we sent you if you still need help with this.
Please tag ALL threads related to refunds and billing issues for staff, as we ask in our volunteer guidelines:
