Auto blog, but no wordpress access?

  I signed up, got a domain, started moving my blog and everything – http://www.alinefernandes.com but when I tried to find my API for plugins, it’s nowhere. SO I tried to sign in to the forums, and my user name isn’t recognized? I’ve been blogging like crazy, yet I think things are screwed up. I registered for sure this time and now I seem to have parallel accounts? I’m very confused.

  We only provide support here for wordpress.com hosted blogs. We operate on different software than the software you can download from wordpress.org. We do not have plugins here. WordPress.org blogs do have plugins and support for self-hosting bloggers is at http://wordpress.org/support

  Notwithstanding what TT said above, you might want to choose a standard font colour for your text and stick with it. Irrelevant of the language, I couldn’t even see the text on your latest post.

  Actually neither could I. What I did see was just a big black box with smilies.

  Hi,

  Thanks for the responses. I’m going to get to the font colors soon. Right now I’m working on learning about plugins. I have yet to read the link provided, but am stymied about this API thing. Is there another way to connect plugins to work? Or am I supposed to use the wordpress hosted blog and then duplicate or link to my own website?

  And speaking of font colors, I didn’t see a place to easily change them. I’ll be getting into the html soon, but I would think there’d be a font box.
