Auto Fee on Credit Card

Hi – I received my recent credit card statement and need clarity on the $25 fee I was charged – is this an automatic fee every month? I was under the assumption I paid an annual fee for cultivatingourselvestogether.com – and that was it….any help would be appreciated. All the best, Amy J.

Volunteers in the forum can’t help you; you’ll have to contact staff directly via your dashboard Help button. Go through the rigamarole of questions and when it asks if it’s solved your issue, select NO and then you’ll get to the form where you contact them directly.

@ourbestselves Contacting us will be the best way to sort out specifics here but I do only see one $25 charge on your account. Domains are billed annually so it should just be the one charge every year.
