Auto insert tags into Twitter

I’m trying not to have to retype tags so many times. If I tag the post, and/or categorize it, can’t those tags be somehow picked up when tweeting?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
There is no option of inserting tags, shared on WordPress.com blogs, to tweets automatically. However, you can use the Publicize button to connect your twitter account. By doing so, your blog will be shared on your twitter timeline as soon as it gets published along with the tweet you will insert through WordPress.com.

Yes. I do that already. The auto post on publish goes out.
A really ugly solution is to include the twitter style tags in the headline of the post. The headline gets included in the tweet. So I would have hundreds of blog posts all with the twitter tag in headline. Really ugly.
And once again, the link goes to a solution, where the box to fill out to alter the tweeted text is under a More… button one never remembers to find repeatedly just to retype everything that has already been typed. Just to alter the already inserted text. Thanks, but I’ve been there. Done that.
