  Is there any way to set up your WordPress to Auto-Post to Facebook or twitter?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. You can post a Facebook badge in your sidebar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/

  You can use Facebook Like Box widget > Appearance > Widgets to post to a FAN page.

  You can also enable sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages.
  Also note the “like” button. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  You can have Facebook like & share buttons on your posts.

  Alternatively you can use Networked Blogs http://www.networkedblogs.com/ or RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer.
