Auto re-freshing forum homepage

Dear staff it would be nice if you guys could consider adding a auto refresh feature for the forum home page because there are times where the forum sits idle and if their was an auto refresh feature for example the page refreshed every 1 min when the browser is setting idle on the forum home page it could aide the volunteers with catching new threads faster and would increase their response time to be a little faster.
WP.com Members please share your opinions pro or con about the consideration of staff implementing this feature in the near future.

Here’s my question. As you know I am visually challenged. It takes me a long time to type answers. As a lot on questions are repeated over and over again I do I have some and I can copy paste them. To provide other answers I have to open other windows and go and look for links. It would really irk me if I were placed in a position of being both visually challenged and also having to play beat the clock with auto-refresh.

If your referring to too if I meant auto refresh on the topic thread it self no I would hate to race the clock also I was just referring to the “Latest Discussions” section on the forum home page.
I now exactly where you are coming from I am also visually challenged and it takes me time to write detailed replies as well research the answer even though I have the common ones bookmarked and copy and paste method…
