Auto-Refresh Page

    On the Standard free plan with WP and therefore am unable to use plugins. I’ve tried with standard html listed below, but it seems that WP just rips out standard HTML in some cases, but leaves it in others?

    Is there any way on a free play to get a page to auto-refresh, in order to stop users from having to refresh it themselves?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
