Auto renew

  I need this site to not renew, we’re a college and use WordPress to submit student work and after a year we no longer use the blog. How do I stop it auto renewing? I can’t find any way of opting out. Thanks.

  I see you’ve already been able to cancel and refund the renewal. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
