re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
If you are not successful, Staff need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade originally purchased?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. There are no upgrades on the account you’ve contacted us from and therefor no renewals or charges processed to this account.

Thanks. This is really annoying because on the email that notifies me of a payment, the link sends me to buying big games but they have taken it from another one. £85. The receipt shows that they have taken it from http://www.thestinginthesale.com I still cannot find on that one where to make the changes. Help appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there,
The domain you mention above belongs to the username, thestinginthesale. You need to be logged in as that username to make any changes to that site’s upgrades, but it looks like you may have figured this out as the plan on that site was cancelled and refunded earlier today.
