  My auto renew charged me $99. I need to cancel this. I haven’t used my site in a while. Can you please cancel and refund this transaction

  Hi there,

  Refund period for Domain Renewal is 48 hours. So if you are under expiration period then you can cancel domain and claim for a refund.
  If you have passed 48 hours after renewal then I may disappoint you by saying you won’t receive a refund.

  soulfulsarah, While domains are only refundable for 48 hours the entire plan renewal is refundable for up to 30 days. I’ll be happy to assist with a refund but there are not any upgrades, renewals, or charges made to this user account.

  Can you sign in to WordPress.com using the email address where your renewal notification was sent? This way we can locate the charge.

  No problem :) I’m just following up here to see if you were able to sign in to the correct account? You’ll find the purchases listed at wordpress.com/me/purchases/ when you’re signed in correctly.

  I cannot seem to find that on my phone. So I can still receive my $99 refund for my account ? I no longer want an account with word press. When I’m on my computer tonight I can check the purchases considering I cannot seem to find it on my phone !

  There aren’t any upgrades connected to soulfulsarah. The last upgrade renewal on krutidugade is from 2014 (which is not refundable now). You’ll need sign in to the account that is connected to the upgrade. Did the email mention a site address?

  There’s a slight confusion here I see. This isn’t alternate account of soulfulsarah. I am just a fellow volunteer who was trying to help.
  Besides I have never done any upgrades on my account so I have no idea which upgrade you are talking about?
