  Good Morning! I did not intend for my account to be automatically renewed this year. It was charged just over 30 dollars at the beginning of this month. Am I able to get a full refund?

  Did you cancel your subscription more than 48 hours after of your purchase?

  Because for new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  Thanks for getting in touch. I will help get this sorted for you. There has been a partial refund processed on May 2nd for $9.88.

  The remaining $26 is tied to your domain. Is there any chance you want to use hattie-hawks.com again in the future? Once I cancel it to process the refund you’ll be forfeiting ownership of the domain and it can be impossible to regain that ownership in the future should you change your mind. Write back to me here with confirmation.

  I’ve refunded the domain-portion of your upgrade as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
