auto renew

  There is no cancel option for auto renew. It is not suppose to renew until October, It canceled my privacy and is charging my bank account and I never pushed renew. Even though it says expiring it has charged my card twice and is still showing expiring and asking if I want to renew now.
  I called the number for the charges and it just wants me to leave a message with an e-mail addressee to contact me. Also, I turned off auto renew and it was back on when I went back in. I’m afraid to touch it as it may charge my card a third time. I’m sorry but I have to get wpc out of my bank account before they cause a problem for me. Your answer didn’t answer my question and it didn’t help.

  Is this regarding the ladycowa.com domain?

  I am seeing that you have canceled Private Registration and voided the $18 renewal payment for ladycowa.com (which is why it is showing you the “do you want to renew” prompt). ladycowa.com is now set to expire on 2013-10-10. I am not seeing auto renewal set up for anything, so you should not see any charges going forward.
