Auto Renew

I have a recently charged auto renewal I understand this is my own fault for forgetting about the account but I received no emails reminding me that this was going to happen, and I never did utilize WP. Is there anything we can do to cancel this charge? I cannot find out where to cancel it, as my account shows I am on a ‘free plan’ Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @charmcitypoms can you undo the fraud dispute? When you do that we get charged a fee and there’s an investigation, and we’re unable to process a refund on our end.
We can usually do refunds within 30 days of purchase, excepting domain registrations, and yours is not with us anyway. If you’ll close the dispute right away and let your card / bank know we’re helping you resolve it, then update us here, we can refund all of that for you.
