Hi,
I’ve recived a notify that my product expires on the 10/3/2019, but I’ve already been charged.
I would like to cancel this product, but I don’t know how.On the email says that on Purchases section should be an option, but only apears creat a site.
Can anyone help me?

Looks like you’re logged in to an account that isn’t associated with that purchase. Please reply to the email you’ve received so we can further assist you.

You can cancel and refund the charge from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you will need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the plan.
To do that, simply log in under the email address that we sent the notification to.
If you don’t recall that account’s password, we have a few options at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Alternatively, we can cancel and refund it for you, but we will still need to receive the request here from the account which owns the plan, which is not the one you’re currently logged into.
