  I dont have any site under my account, and I received an notification saying my service will be auto renew and auto charge, but I am not able to disable the auto renew, how can I disable my auto renew service? I dont even have any site under my account

  there may might two possible sites :
  https://toymakercellars.com ( this one already migrated to shopify, but before the migration it was on WordPress and most likely its this site )

  That transaction belongs to a WooCommerce extension, and you can disable auto-renew at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/
