Auto-Renew Bill

I was unaware I had a paid plan. I received a bill today.
I don’t see any purchases under billing.
Can I cancel this charge? Is it for this account ?

Hi cwmanley,
No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are logged in to, which suggests you have another. Please try logging out of cwmanley and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. You should then see the option to cancel the upgrades from Manage Purchases in that account.
If you have any trouble logging in, please send a link to the site that auto renewed and I’ll be happy to take a look. It’s best not to share any transaction IDs here as these forums are a public place and any information shared here can be indexed by search engines.
